Motorola in Chennai

It seems after Motorola is planning to setup a manufacturing plant in Chennai.In electronics, after Nokia, after Flextronics,it is now Motorola's turn.
I am sure the current industrial boom would continue for a while in Chennai.
If you read the later part of the news, it also explains about Volkswagen in Chennai.
Didn't you hear the VW scandal in AP?
